A think club for boys who love, or want, to read and yap.
What this is
Once a month, a few boys sit down for brunch to discuss books, essays, and papers.
You don't need to read a whole book for the brunch though. Each month, we share a 'Book of the Month' to read at your own pace, and a shorter 'Brunch Brief' you can get through in an hour or two. It might be an essay, a chapter, a podcast episode or a film. The brief is what we'll talk about at brunch.
To keep things interesting, brunch is hosted at a new spot each month.
Why brunch
A space for boys to develop friendships through intellectual conversation, rather than just sports, networking or nightlife. Brunch helps us keep it social rather than academic (read: stuffy and boring).

Book of the Month · November · Philosophy
Philosophy and Ideology for De-Colonization and Development with particular reference to the African Revolution
Written while he was Ghana's first president, Nkrumah asks what a newly free Africa should build its thinking on: its traditional values, Islam, and the Euro-Christian legacy of colonial rule, and how to weave the three into a philosophy of its own.
